What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable that you don't mind getting messy.

Our PPE isn't always chaos proof.

In the winter, outdoor shoes are not permitted in the party area. Please bring indoor shoes.

Crocs, slides and rainboots are the best footwear for the splatter rooms.

Question 2

Does the paint wash out of clothing?

Accepted Answer

Our paint is washable, but we cannot guarantee it will come out of every fabric or item of clothing. Please dress for a mess and avoid wearing anything you aren't willing to potentially sacrifice to the paint gods.

Question 3

Do adults have to participate with their kids?

Accepted Answer

Nope! Children under 16 need to have an adult remain on-site and children under 12 must be actively supervised. However, you are welcome to stand outside of the room and a safe distance away from the splatter.

Question 4

Do we need to arrive early?

Accepted Answer

A little early is perfect. Please arrive about 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time, but please no earlier. We may be cleaning and resetting the space for your visit, so arriving extra early doesn't mean we'll be able to get you started sooner.

Question 5

What happens if we're late?

Accepted Answer

Your booking still needs to finish at its scheduled end time so we don't delay the guests booked after you. If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make the most of the time you have left.

Question 6

Can I add/subtract people to my booking?

Accepted Answer

We get that plans change, people get sick or more people want to join in on the fun. So we are happy to make adjustments to your booking. We just ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice with the changes. It is easier to add people, but sadly we can't put the paint back. So if you need to decrease the number after we have already set up the paint, please be aware that we have to charge you for that person.

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Everyone participating in a splatter experience needs a completed waiver before entering the splatter room. Participants under 18 will need their waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Plans change, we get it! Please contact The Paint Riot as soon as possible if you need to cancel or move your booking. Cancellation and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the experience or event you booked, so the policy attached to your specific booking will apply.
