Every party includes your chosen activity with all necessary supplies and PPE, time in our party space (the whole shop!), fresh movie style popcorn and juice boxes.

If they’re old enough to make a mess, they’re probably old enough to Riot! Our parties are designed with kids in mind, but we can adjust the experience depending on the ages of your guests. If you’re not sure whether a particular party will work for your group, just send us a message!

Absolutely! What’s a birthday party without cake? You’re welcome to bring your own food, drinks, cake or cupcakes for your guests to enjoy during the party portion of your booking.

Of course! Feel free to bring a few decorations to make the space feel extra special for your birthday kiddo. Though keep in mind that the space already looks like a party 24/7, and we have limited wall space. We always have balloons and a birthday banner up for our guests of honour. But you are welcome to bring things like custom helium balloons (weighted, please!), tablecloths and paper plates to fit your theme.

We know it’s tempting to get the party started early, but please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled party time. We use the time between parties to clean, reset, take our breaks, and get everything ready for your little rioters, so we may not be able to let your group in earlier.Don't worry! Your scheduled party time includes plenty of time for all the fun.

We provide protective gear (ponchos, shoe covers and safety glasses) for our splatter painters, but this is still The Paint Riot. Getting messy is kind of our thing. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes that you won’t be heartbroken about if they end up with a little extra colour. We use washable paint, but we can’t guarantee that every single paint splatter will come out of every single fabric.

We know plans change! Parties cancelled 7 or more days before your booking are eligible for a full refund. With less than 7 days' notice, the deposit becomes non-refundable.Need to move your party instead? You can reschedule for free with more than 72 hours' notice. Rescheduling within 72 hours is subject to a $50 fee.Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
